DamMy Miss Sophia
Annapolis is out of My Miss Sophia (Unbridled's Song), a graded stakes winner who took a Grade 2 at Aqueduct and was placed several times at Grade 1 level, twice finishing second and also third in the 2015 Grade 1 First Lady Stakes. Her only earlier foal is the stakes-placed Nevisian Sunrise, a full sister to Annapolis.
Second damWildwood Flower
Second dam Wildwood Flower (Langfuhr) was a stakes winner and Grade 2-placed. She has four other winners, led by Materiality (Afleet Alex), winner of the Grade 1 Florida Derby, which makes My Miss Sophia a half-sister to a Grade 1 winner. Wildwood Flower is a half-sister to Eye Of The Tiger (American Chance), a Grade 2 winner and sire, and to the stakes-placed Expanse (Distant View).
Third damDial a Trick
Third dam Dial a Trick (Phone Trick) has seven winners. Her daughter Expanse produced the Grade 1 winners Afleet Express (Afleet Alex), also a sire, and Embellish the Lace (Super Saver), as well as the stakes winner Reporting For Duty.
Wider family
Further back this is the family of the top-level winner Snow Ridge.
Next generation
My Miss Sophia has a yearling full brother to Annapolis and visited Gun Runner this season.
