Fifty Stars is out of the unraced Swizzle Stick (Sadler's Wells), who has had three runners and two winners. She is a half-sister to Viztoria (Oratorio), Ireland's champion 2-year-old filly of 2012 and, two years later, the country's champion older female sprinter. Viztoria won the Gr.2 Park S., the Gr.3 Athasi S. plus two Listed events, and was placed in the Gr.2 Criterium de Maisons-Laffitte and the British Champions Sprint, then a Group 2.

Second dam Viz (Darshaan) was a Listed winner in Italy.

Bold Example (Bold Lad), the third dam of Swizzle Stick, is the grandam of Zilzal (Nureyev) and Awe Inspiring (Slew O' Gold), both winners at Group/Grade 1 level who later stood as sires, and more than a dozen further stakes winners descend from her.

Following Fifty Stars, a 2015 foal, Swizzle Stick has produced the unraced Sistercarmel (Lawman), the unplaced Revolver (Slade Power) and, in 2018, a colt by Sea The Stars.
