Fallen Angel is out of Agnes Stewart (Lawman), winner of the Gr.2 May Hill Stakes and second in the Gr.1 Fillies' Mile, a Group winner and Group 1-placed in England and Group-placed in Ireland. She is one of four winners and two black-type performers out of her dam; the other is Divine Jewel (Frankel), second in the Gr.3 Stanerra Stakes. Fallen Angel is her last foal, as Agnes Stewart died after foaling her.

Second dam Anice Stellato (Dalakhani) won twice at Newmarket. She is also the dam of Sorrel (Dansili), winner of the Listed River Eden S. and placed at Grade 3 level in the US, and grandam of the Listed-placed winner Whistle And Flute (Dandy Man).

Third dam Summer Spice (Key Of Luck) was a winner and bred seven winners. She is a half-sister to Definite Article (Indian Ridge), winner of the Gr.1 National Stakes and later a sire, to the sire Salford Express (Be My Guest), winner of the Gr.2 Dante, and to Salford City (Desert Sun), who won the Gr.3 Greenham S. and later a Group 2 over hurdles in Ireland.
