Regional is out of Favulusa (Dansili), a Listed winner in Italy, and is one of her two winners, the other being Franz Strauss (Golden Horn).

Second dam Rosa Del Dubai (Dubai Destination) won the Gr.3 Premio Mario Incisa della Rocchetta and has produced three Italian stakes winners besides Favulusa: Folega (Oasis Dream), a half-sister to Favulusa and winner of the Gr.2 Premio Oaks d'Italia, the dual Group 3 winner Agiato (Bated Breath) and the Listed winner Fa Ul Sciur (Farhh), now a sire. Another of her offspring, Facia De Tola (New Approach), was Listed-placed.

Third dam Rosa Di Brema (Lomitas) was second in the Italian Oaks, then a Group 1, and is the most successful of five winners out of Oshima (Danehill), a three-time winner in Italy. She bred 11 winners, four of them stakes winners. Besides Rosa Del Dubai they include Rolando (Campanologist), a Listed winner in France and Group 3-placed in Italy, Rogue Runner (King's Best), winner of the Listed Qatar Derby, and Biancarosa (Dalakhani), a Listed winner in Italy and dam of Tokyo Gold (Kendargent), winner of the Gr.2 Derby Italiano in 2021, and of Notte Bianca, placed in the Gr.1 Criterium de Saint-Cloud. Her daughters also include the German Listed-placed Redenca (Lope De Vega) and the winner Ardena (Dalakhani), dam of You Better Run, winner of the Gr.3 Premio Primi Passi, the Listed winner Garardino Jet and the Listed-placed Another Way.

Oshima is also the second dam of Sneak A Peek, a Group 2 winner in Italy.

Favulusa has an unraced 2-year-old filly, Forestiera (Golden Horn), followed by fillies by Too Darn Hot and Palace Pier.
