Tiffany is one of six winners out of Affinity (Sadler's Wells), who won over 1m4f at Wolverhampton and is a half-sister to the champion Soviet Song (Marju), five times a Group 1 winner, and to Penzance (Pennekamp), winner of the Gr.1 Triumph Hurdle. Affinity has also produced the Listed-placed pair Zest (Duke Of Marmalade), multiple stakes-placed in England, and Harmonica (Pivotal), stakes-placed in Italy.

Second dam Kalinka (Soviet Star) was a useful winner at two and has five winners. She has eight daughters, and six of them have become dams of stakes horses. Her descendants include Marsha (Acclamation), winner of the Gr.1 Nunthorpe and the Gr.1 Prix de l'Abbaye, out of Marlinka (Marju), winner of the Listed Prix des Reves d'Or, who also produced Judicial, winner of the Gr.3 Chipchase Stakes. Another descendant is Ribbons (Manduro), winner of the Gr.1 Prix Jean Romanet and dam of Soulcombe (Frankel), a Gr.3 winner in Australia and runner-up in the Gr.1 Melbourne Cup, and grandam of Tadej, winner of the Gr.3 Prix de Cabourg. The family also includes the Gr.3 winner Miss Marjurie (Marju), dam of Smoken, winner of the Listed Montrose Stakes.

Third dam Tralthee (Tromos) was a Listed winner and produced three winners, among them Tuco (Scenic), a Gr.3 winner over hurdles.
