Full Serrano is the second winner out of the unraced Serra Do Mar (Jump Start). Her full sister Seresta was Argentina's champion 2-year-old filly of 2015 and won the Gr.1 Gran Premio Estrellas Juvenile Fillies. Seresta is the dam of Harper (Heart's Cry), a group winner in Japan in 2023 who was placed three times at Group 1 level, and of Valle De La Luna, a Listed winner in Japan.

Second dam Serata (Carson City) won at four in the US and has six other winners among her half-siblings, including Bobina (Malibu Moon), winner of the Grade 3 Senorita Stakes.

Third dam Maliziosa (Dynaformer) won two Listed races and is a half-sister to Lamparina (Roy), a Group 2 winner in Brazil and dam of Brilhantissima, a dual Group 1 winner in Brazil.

Serra Do Mar produced an unraced full sister to Full Serrano in 2022, named Full Service.
