White Birch is the second winner out of Diagnostic (Dutch Art) and a full brother to Anatomic, who won three races in Britain and Saudi Arabia. Diagnostic won four races, including the Fillies' and Mares' Championships on the all-weather finals day at Lingfield. She is a full sister to two winners and a half-sister to another by Dark Angel.

Second dam Holistic (Pivotal) was unraced. She is a full sister to Prescription, winner of the Listed Kilvington Fillies' Stakes and herself a dam of stakes horses. Four more of her siblings won stakes races, led by Clinical (Motivator), winner of the Gr.3 Princess Elizabeth Stakes and dam of the Group 1-placed winner Lockheed, and Cupid's Glory (Pursuit Of Love), winner of the Gr.3 Horris Hill Stakes. The Listed winners Courting (Pursuit Of Love), dam of the Listed winner Fury, and Magnificence (Sadler's Wells) complete the list.

Third dam Doctor's Glory (Elmaamul) was a winner.

The family is also linked to Cassandra Go (Indian Ridge), winner of the Gr.2 King's Stand Stakes and an outstanding broodmare, and to the late sire Verglas.

Diagnostic has a yearling full brother to White Birch and was covered by Kingman in 2023.
