DamMorning Mist

Muskoka is out of the unraced Morning Mist (Peintre Celebre), a half-sister to Brametot (Rajsaman), winner of the Gr.1 Poule d'Essai des Poulains and the Gr.1 Prix du Jockey Club and now a sire, and to Mulan (Marju), second in the Gr.3 Walter Nilsens Minnelop in Norway. Muskoka is the fifth of her seven live foals, and all three of her runners have won: the others are Morning Eagle (Adlerflug) and Manolas (Rajsaman).

Second damMorning Light

Second dam Morning Light (Law Society) won twice at three. She has Monsun (Konigsstuhl) as a half-brother, the triple Group 1 winner who became a pillar of German breeding. Her sisters include Montaria (Dashing Blade), dam of the Listed winner Piracicaba, and Morning Sun (Law Society), dam of the Gr.3-placed Beaulieu.

Third damMosella

Third dam Mosella (Surumu) was a Listed winner in Germany.

Wider family

Another daughter of Mosella, the winner Morning Queen (Konigsstuhl), is the grandam of Molly Malone (Lomitas), who took the Gr.1 Prix du Cadran, of Wekeela, winner of the Gr.3 Prix Chloe and Gr.1-placed in the US, and of the Listed-placed Matauri Pearl and Mauriac. She is also the third dam of Aunt Pearl (Lope De Vega), winner of the Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf in the US, of Morgan Le Faye, winner of the Gr.2 Prix Corrida and third in the Gr.1 Prix Royal-Oak, of Emotion, winner of the Listed Chalice Stakes, and of the dual Listed-placed Aristocrate.

Next generation

Morning Mist has an unraced 2-year-old colt, Master Of Light (Adlerflug), and a filly by Reliable Man, now a yearling.
