Last Call is the seventh foal of Over Served (Black Minnaloushe), who won twice, and is a full sister to the multiple stakes-placed English Tavern. The mare's first five foals were all multiple winners. Over Served is a half-sister to the Graded winner Yearly Tour (Half a Year) and the multiple Graded winner Victor Avenue (Avenue of Flags), both winners at Grade 2 level, and to the stakes-placed Jeckyll And Hyde (Latin American).

Second dam Victorian Village (L'Emigrant) was unraced and has ten winners from 13 foals.

Third dam Sir Ivor's Sorrow (Sir Ivor) was Grade 3-placed. Her only winner was the stakes winner Splendid Career (Northern Baby).

Over Served had no foal in 2021, produced a colt by English Channel in 2022 and was covered again by Unified.
