Eshaada is out of Muhawalah (Nayef) and is her third foal. Muhawalah is a full-sister to Tamayuz, a sire who won the Gr.1 Prix Jacques le Marois and the Gr.1 Prix Jean Prat.

Second dam Al Ishq (Nureyev) also bred the Listed-placed Thamarat (Anabaa). Thamarat is the dam of Motamarris (Le Havre), winner of the Listed Grand Prix de Compiegne and third in the Gr.1 Prix du Jockey Club, and the second dam of Santiago (Authorized), winner of the Gr.1 Irish Derby, La Joconde (Frankel), third in the Gr.1 Yorkshire Oaks and the Gr.1 Prix Vermeille, and Glounthaune (Kodiac), winner of the Gr.3 Killavullan S.

Third dam Allez Les Trois (Riverman) won the Gr.3 Prix de Flore and is the dam of Anabaa Blue (Anabaa), winner of the Gr.1 Prix du Jockey Club. She is related to Urban Sea (Miswaki), winner of the Gr.1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe and an outstanding broodmare.

Through Urban Sea this is the family of the Gr.1 Epsom Derby winners and leading sires Galileo and Sea the Stars, of King's Best (Kingmambo), a sire who won the Gr.1 2000 Guineas, and of the Gr.1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner Torquator Tasso (Adlerflug). Recent family winners include Great House (Galileo) in the Gr.3 Newcastle Gold Cup and Panama Red (Showcasing) in the Listed Ingabelle S., while Half Light (Shamardal) was second in the Gr.1 Sun Chariot S.
